It will also need to adjust periods before 2003, largely due to revenue recognition mistakes.Nortel said it expects the revisions to negatively impact 2003 revenue by $157 million and earnings by $91 million, and its 2004 revenue by $77 million and earnings by $93 million.
For the first nine months of 2005, the restatement will negatively impact $162 million in revenue and $95 million in earnings.
