Workers reported that Verizon is was shifting work away from union technicians employed in the Domestic Telecom segment of the company to non-union workers at Verizon Business. If this trend continues, it will clearly be seen as an attempt to significantly undermine the union�s strength as the parties gear up for contract negotiations covering approximately 60,000 workers in 2008.: United States of America
