2008 | Deceptive advertising: Kellogg' S France was fined 15.000 euros by the correctional court of Bobigny for "deceptive publicity" in connection with the fat contents posted from January 2001 to 2004 on the packings of its Special K cereals. Kellogg's was shown to have underestimated the fat content several products of the range (cereals and bars) and to have used logos "0 % of fat content" likely to induce in error.
