2007 Jean-Charles Corbet, the former chairman of the Air Lib company, was condemned Tuesday to four years of prison including one and firm half "to have plundered" the conveyor. The court of Paris also inflicted to him 3 million euros of damages. Mr. Corbet empoché a part of the 150 million euros paid by Swissair, the old head office of AOM-Air Freedom. The charge speaks about a diversion and/or an abusive use of approximately 24 million via various companies screens: "It is the file of a betrayed confidence, the confidence of the commercial court, the authorities and employees, betrayed by a will of personal enrichment". The lawyer of its holding Holco, Yves Leonzi, will spend 18 months behind the bars and will be interdict to exert during 2 years for "complicity of breach of trust, of abuse social goods, concealment of abuse social, false goods and use of forgery".     L'Expansion
