2005 Karl Wüthrich, liquidateur de l'ex-groupe aérien Swissair, a indiqué dimanche avoir déposé une première plainte contre les administrateurs de cette compagnie en fonction fin 2000, au pdg de l'époque, Philippe Brüggisser, et à son chef des finances, Georges Schorderet, leur réclamant 280 millions de FS. En décembre, M. Wüthrich avait déjà annoncé qu'il préparait des "plaintes contre 25 personnes faisant partie" des instances dirigeantes de Swissair entre 1998 et 2001.M. Wüthrich avait chiffré le montant global des préjudices à 5 milliards de FS (3,3 milliards d'euros), réclamés au nom des quelque 18.000 créanciers de SAir Holding, la maison-mère de Swissair.     AFP
