Internal restructuring: Se restructure et supprime presque 20% de ses effectifs mondiaux. Les postes supprimés concernent essentiellement les Etats-Unis, le Royaume-Uni, l'Allemagne, la France (358 postes à Paris, Rennes et Nice), l'Australie et Singapour. « Il s'agit de centraliser l'activité opérationnelle sur l'Inde (Mumbai- Bombay), l'Egypte (le Caire) et le Brésil (Rio de Janeiro) », explique le directeur d'Equant France, Didier Duriez.:
